All medical consultations begin with a visit to our Ophthalmology or ENT clinics that function Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. A prior appointment is recommended, although urgent problems are always immediately accommodated.
At your appointment time, please report to the clinics reception desk. Your personal medical record will be then created and given to medical technicians who will record your history and will take preliminary measurements. The doctor’s examination and, in some cases, diagnostic testing will be performed. Finally, there will be a conference with the doctor who will explain the results of your examination provide a diagnosis and recommend treatment that may be medical, surgical or a combination of both.
